PARTNER
John is an experienced trial lawyer and counselor to businesses. His practice is focused on commercial and intellectual property litigation in both state and federal courts. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience in corporate, business, entertainment, and personal injury litigation. John is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed mediator.
John was a founding member of Kay Griffin, PLLC for nearly thirty years and served as its managing member for over a decade. Upon the closing of the firm, he co-founded Griffin Bowen, PLLC with the goal of providing exceptional legal representation to clients and a superior mediation experience.
