Rebekah Shulman concentrates her practice on intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secret protection, licensing, and related litigation. She advises clients on IP strategy, clearance and infringement opinions, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Shulman also handles general business litigation and complex commercial disputes, as well as IP-dependent transactional matters including licenses, NDAs, development agreements, and data privacy agreements. She has practiced law since 2008 and is a licensed patent attorney.
